Hello and welcome to The Pantry! I'm Gillian, the girl behind the bakes.

What started in 2012 as a hobby with one of my chums, when we spent Thursday evenings learning how to make everything from wheaten bread to profiteroles and having much craic in the process!

I ordered a cake from Gillian for a very special occasion which was an 100th Birthday. We were so delighted with the service. Not only did Gillian deliver, she even set the cake up on the stand to make sure it was sitting perfectly. The cake was beautifully presented and decorated with flowers which was a nice added touch. Not to mention how delicious the cake was either! I would defiantly recommend The Pantry!
