Hello and welcome to The Pantry! I'm Gillian, the girl behind the bakes. 

What started in 2012 as a hobby with one of my chums, when we spent Thursday evenings learning how to make everything from wheaten bread to profiteroles and having much fun in the process..

Grew into something much bigger. 

 

These days The Pantry is a small home based bakery outside Royal Hillsborough, Co. Down. We specialise in buttercream finish cakes, cookies and meringue desserts.
