Transporting & Storing Cakes

- do not rest the cake on a car seat or your lap. The safest place is the footwell of the car.

- always place your cake on a flat surface

- extra care should be taken when transporting your cake, as they are delicate

- do not place your cake in direct sunlight or near a heat source

- storing your cake in the fridge is essential. If not, your cake can melt and collapse

- Our cakes are often very tall and require a lot of space to be stored safely. Please bear this in mind when collecting.

The Pantry cannot accept responsibility for any damages to cakes when collected and transported by the customer.

Damaged goods cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellation/Refunds

Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 1 weeks notice. Any deposits paid remain non-refundable. I make every effort to accommodate date changes, however I cannot guarantee your preferred date will be available.

In the case of an emergency or an error in your delivery, please contact me so I can fix the issue immediately. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me immediately. In the rare case that there is an error with your order, and you would like a refund, you must contact me on the day of your event and arrange for your complete order to be returned.

Allergens

Please note my products contain gluten, eggs and dairy. It is your responsibility to inform on booking of any allergies. While I make every effort to accommodate, and add allergen labels to products, there may be cases when it is unsafe for me to take your order. Anyone with a severe food allergy should refrain from consuming my products.

As a home based bakery, my working environment cannot remain allergen free and there is therefore always a risk of cross contamination.
