Transporting & Storing Cakes
- do not rest the cake on a car seat or your lap. The safest place is the footwell of the car.
- always place your cake on a flat surface
- extra care should be taken when transporting your cake, as they are delicate
- do not place your cake in direct sunlight or near a heat source
- storing your cake in the fridge is essential. If not, your cake can melt and collapse
- our cakes are often very tall and require a lot of space to be stored safely. Please bear this in mind when collecting.
The Pantry cannot accept responsibility for any damages to cakes when collected and transported by the customer.
Damaged goods cannot be returned or refunded.
Cancellation/Refunds
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 1 weeks notice. Any deposits paid remain non-refundable. I make every effort to accommodate date changes, however I cannot guarantee your preferred date will be available.

Please note our products contain gluten, eggs and dairy. It is your responsibility to inform on booking of any allergies. While The Pantry make every effort to accommodate, and add allergen labels to products, there may be cases when it is unsafe for us to take your order.
